If the plan or estimate we propose does not fit your budget or if you would like to change the plan, please feel free to let us know and we will make a new proposal.

Application

We will begin making reservations as soon as we receive your "reservation request" based on the proposed plan and estimate. When applying, please provide the contact information of the representative and the full names (in Roman letters) of all participants as they appear on their passports. Passports must be valid for at least 150 days plus the number of days of your stay at the time of entry.

Confirm your reservation details

Once your reservation has been completed, we will inform you of the reservation details, so please confirm that they are the same as what you requested. If we are unable to make the arrangements as requested (due to full occupancy, full booking, tour cancellation, etc.), we will work with you to propose an alternative plan.

Invoicing

Once we have confirmed your reservation details, we will issue you an invoice for your trip.

Payment

As a general rule, we ask that you make payments by bank transfer to our designated bank account or by credit card (VISA or MasterCard only). The settlement date will be the date of card use, and the withdrawal date will be the date specified by each card company.

If you have requested us to arrange air tickets, please note that we may ask you to pay for the air tickets in advance before the tickets are issued.

Sending Travel Documents

Once we have confirmed your payment, we will send you your airline ticket (if it is an e-ticket) and reservation confirmation by email.

During Your Trip

Emergency contact details for your trip will be written down along with your travel documents.If you encounter any problems after departing Japan, local staff will be happy to assist you, so you can rest assured.

*Payment currency is basically Euro.
For credit card payments, only Visa or MasterCard can be used.
Please note that if you pay by credit card, a credit card transaction fee of 3% will be added to the tour price.

General Notes for all Tours

* Please make your reservations at least 5 days in advance. (If you make your reservation on a weekend or public holiday, we may not be able to accommodate last-minute arrangements. Please make your reservation well in advance.)

* Cancellation Fee: No cancellation fee if you cancel 3 days prior to the tour, but a 100% cancellation fee will be charged thereafter.

* Children 6 and under (preschoolers) are generally free on all tours. Children 7 and over (elementary school students and older) pay the same price as adults. Please check the terms and conditions of each tour for details.

* While the above three items apply to all tours, if accommodation or airfare arrangements are required, advance cancellation fees may apply according to the hotel or airfare cancellation policy. Please contact us for details.

* If tourist attractions are suddenly closed due to religious or special events in Türkiye, alternative tours will be provided.

* Tour start and end times may very depending on transportation conditions and hotel location. If your hotel is located far away, additional transportation fees may apply or arrangements may not be possible. Please inquire.

* Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer or credit card, at least 7 days before the tour. If you require a receipt, please contact us in advance.

* Please note that for tours that do not include a private car, transportation costs (taxis, public transportation, etc.) all transportation during tour include guide expences, will be client’s responsibility.
